4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Processing time for refunds may take 7–14 business days after approval.

  • Identification documents
  • Any required travel permits
  • Bennys DMC is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing documentation.

7. Liability

  • Bennys DMC acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, airlines, and transportation companies.
  • Delays or cancellations caused by airlines or third parties
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political situations
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

8. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Follow local laws and regulations
  • Respect cultural norms
  • Maintain proper conduct during tours
  • Bennys DMC reserves the right to terminate services if traveler behavior causes disruption.

9. Force Majeure

  • Bennys DMC shall not be held responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
